Each year, the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) convenes Digital Transformation Week — Vietnam's premier annual conference on digital transformation. It brings together more than 5,000 tech leaders, enterprises, government partners and innovators to shape the country's digital future.

Established in 1988, HCA represents over 460 leading IT companies, experts and educational institutions, serving as the trusted bridge between Vietnam's technology ecosystem and the global market. Digital Transformation Week is where that ecosystem comes together.

What happens during the week

The programme spans keynotes, deep-dive sessions and an exhibition floor covering the themes defining Vietnam's next decade of technology:

  • AI transformation — how enterprises and governments are adopting AI at scale, from intelligent automation to generative AI.
  • Smart cities & sustainability — urban technology and green, ESG-aligned development, connected to HCA's Smart City Asia forum.
  • Innovation & startups — incubation and acceleration programs linking founders with enterprise and investors.
  • Global partnerships — international IT delegations and trade missions opening new markets for Vietnamese firms.
HCA & H10+ unite 460+ technology companies and AI-driven engineering capabilities into a single global innovation ecosystem.

H10+ at the centre

The event is also where H10+ — the alliance for AI-driven innovation — showcases its capabilities to global partners. Rather than positioning Vietnam on cost alone, H10+ leads with co-innovation: long-term strategic partnerships built on joint development, shared IP and mutual growth.

Why it matters for global partners

For enterprises, governments and IT associations exploring Vietnam, Digital Transformation Week is the fastest way to meet the ecosystem in one place — vetted member companies, AI-first engineering teams, and the 460+ company network behind them.
