本資料は689Cloudの使用方法、注意事項を記載しています。689Cloudとは複数のメンバーからなるグループ（Team）がセキュアに、簡単にファイルを共有できるコラボレーションプラットフォームです。 689Cloudは、共有スペースをプロジェクトという単位で分けられます。プロジェクトにはチームの中からそのプロジェクトに関わるメンバーだけ登録し、効率よくコラボレーションできます。また、689Cloudの多くの機能はREST APIからもアクセスできます。 689Cloudには次の機能が含まれます。 パソコンおよびクラウドサービス(Box, Dropbox)からのファイルアップロード PDF、docx、pptx、xlsx、および画像 (png、jpg、jpeg) ファイルをDRMで保護: ダウンロード後も権限者のみアクセス可能（印刷制御、閲覧期限など設定可能） 保護されたファイルのセキュアなブラウザ内表示（元データはキャッシュに残りません） 共有後のファイルのアクセス履歴を管理 共有後のファイルの閲覧停止 共有ファイルのアクセス権の取り消し パソコンへのファイルダウンロード リンクによるファイル共有 非保護PDF, docx, pptx, およびxlsxファイルのオンラインプレビュー プロジェクト内でのメッセージ交換機能
